Staff is recommending the board approve a contract with Lions Pride Oconee, LLC of Statham, GA for concrete repair work at Fire Station #1, at a cost of $176,035.60. The board would also authorize the Chairman to sign the agreement. This is a construction services contract for routine facility maintenance at a fire station.
